To accelerate the job orientation process of new employees who start work in all blue and white-collar positions and to eliminate possible uncertainties, a 3-day general orientation program is conduct as the first 2 days in the office environment and 1 day on the site. Upon the completion of the site tour in which the factories are visited, the employees are directed to the working spaces where the vocational orientation (on-the-job training) process will commence.<\/p>\n
At this stage, an average of 1,5-week program, where they can meet and spend time with all their teammates and observe everyone\u2019s work, is organized for white-collar employees and the implementation of this program is followed.
